Give us a call at (803)683-1708 for all your tree care needs!!!
If you want to have a tree removed our expert team has the experience to do the job safely and efficiently. We are happy to answer your questions and walk you through the process to make the project as seamless as possible.
I've never had a tree removed, What can I expect?
When you call our business, you will be greeted by Allison, who will be the main point of contact for scheduling appointments and answering any questions you may have about the project and payment. Allison is knowledgeable, skilled, and committed to providing you with the best possible service.
She will ask for you to provide your name, phone number, email address, and address of the job so we can get you a profile set up in our system. She will also schedule an appointment with you at the property.
What will happen at the estimate appointment?
During this appointment you will meet our ISA certified arborist, Channon Clamp and also be able to meet Allison. They will look at the tree to determine the accessibility to the tree based on location, necessary equipment, and labor needed to complete the job proficiently.
After the appointment they will email you an itemized estimate of the project that includes our contract. Once you accept the contract then Allison will be able to begin scheduling the project. This includes helping with having public utilities marked as well as any tree removal permits necessary from the local government. Power Service drops will be scheduled in coordination with our project start date when needed and will be reinstalled every day unless there has been a prior agreement allowing to leave the service disconnected until the completion of the project.
What can I expect on my project start date?
Our crew will arrive onsite around 8:30 most mornings. Depending on the project our crew size can vary but it is consistently Allison, our certified arborist , and 2 expert ground operators. Allison and Channon will explain the project goal to the crew and together will determine the plan of action.
We will then begin setting up our climbing and rigging as well as getting our other equipment in position to work safely and efficiently.
Our crew will work together to complete the job to the specifications in the contract. If we grind/mulch the stump then we contract another company, Flower's Stump Grinding LLC, to do the grinding/mulching. Then we return the mulch grindings to the original hole, flattening as much as possible. We rake up and remove any large pieces of root but the mulch remains unless otherwise agreed upon as a line item in the contract.
We will rake our area cleaning up our debris as we go, chipping, stacking and loading wood as needed to keep a safe working environment. Usually we use a leaf blower at the very end of the job to finish the fine detail and make sure your yard is still looking great even after we've removed thousands of pounds of wood from your property.
How do I make a payment?
When our crew is finished with the job and is packing up Allison will handle receiving payment. Our payment is due upon completion of contracted services unless another agreement has been specified in our contract. We are able to take most forms of payment including checks, card and cash as well as other online pay services like Paypal although you assume any fees associated with utilizing the service and they will be added to the invoice.
We are committed to providing you with the best possible service and ensuring that your project is completed to your satisfaction. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us. (803)683-1708
