When your trees have an unexpected failure we are here to help you.

Unfortunately, even the best maintained trees are subject to external variables that can cause unforeseen devastation to your trees and property.  Limbs break, succumbing to gravity; seemingly healthy trees can snap or uproot,  and it can be a nightmare to situation come to life.  

Don't worry, our team has the skill and experience to safely handle these dangerous situations.  Our primary goal is to remain safe while minimizing further damage.  We will identify the cause of failure  and utilize this to provide future mitigation on the remaining tree/s.

When you call we will send you over a contract explaining our hourly pricing for emergency services.  This contract is separate from our normal work contract and aims to explain the emergency pricing, what is changed, and how that affects the client.  

We do not provide estimates for emergency work.  

We have set hourly emergency rates that are based off of comparable services from around the country. 

We will not deviate from these prices and the hours indicated are representative of port to port for our equipment and workers.  We will respond to your emergency with the equipment and manpower necessary.  Our experienced team will do a site inspection and begin setup of the equipment. 

Our contracts are with the homeowner.  It is their responsibility to uphold the contract regardless of insurance.  Our emergency rates are based on hourly rates for the equipment used and present onsite to safely mitigate the emergency situation.

Emergency situations have additional variables that make an already dangerous job more difficult.  Our contracts and rates aim to ensure the emergency can be given the due time and energy it deserves and takes into consideration the severity of the situation.  

We retain the right to lean and to recoup any losses incurred from contracts not upheld or if payment is not administered in accordance with the contract with the client.  Penalties and fees will be associated with nonpayment.  We can advise you how to move forward with your insurance company and we are happy to work with the adjuster throughout this process to help alleviate the trauma and lessen the burden on the client.
